There is more of you waiting to be expressed.

You have built a good life — but you sense there is more.

Most people are not struggling because they don't know what they want. They're struggling because too many voices are speaking at the same time. Family. Society. Expectations. Fear. Old beliefs. Past experiences. And somewhere underneath all of that is their own voice.

Part of what I do is help people find that voice again. Not so they become selfish. Not so they stop caring about others. But so they can make decisions that are actually theirs.

Because a life built on someone else's expectations will eventually feel disconnected — no matter how successful it looks from the outside.

What most people find along the way is that they get clearer on what they actually want, start to understand why they kept getting stuck, and gradually begin living in a way that feels genuinely like them.

How I work

I see myself less as a coach and more as a mirror. A mirror does not tell you what to do. It helps you see yourself from a different angle.

And we work on four things: getting clear on what you actually want, deciding what deserves attention now, understanding what has been quietly getting in the way, and taking small steps that create real evidence that something different is possible.

Not dramatic breakthroughs. Not someone else's plan. Just honest conversation, learning to hear you own voice and meaningful movement in the right direction.

How I can help

Whether you are navigating a specific challenge or ready to look at something deeper, there are three ways to work together.

Who This Is For

Thoughtful, capable people who keep arriving at the same place no matter what they change. Who already sense what they want but struggle to trust it. Not looking for motivation — looking for clarity, self-understanding, and enough safety to actually move.

Who am I

I'm Thijs. For years I ran a booming million-dollar business, hit every milestone that was supposed to matter, and kept moving forward the way I always had — by pushing through.

Then my mother passed away. And for the first time I stopped and asked myself what I actually wanted.

The honest answer surprised me. So I sold the companies, spent a few months in Mexico, sold the house, and spent a year exploring Europe in a camper. Then a year in Indonesia. Eventually I landed in Paraguay — still going, but moving differently.

What changed was not my ambition. It was learning to recognize my own patterns, feel what was actually there, and stop mistaking fear for a reason not to move. I still feel the fear. I just don't let it make the decisions anymore.

That whole journey is why I do this work. It took me years of struggling to get to this place, and my goal is to shorten that struggle for you.

I once deleted my entire business, website, and social media in an afternoon — not because it was not working, but because I was afraid of being seen.

That taught me more about fear than anything I had read. Specifically: that the question is rarely "does this feel right?" More often it is "does this feel safe?" Those are very different things.
